| CESLA: Quattro to erect cooling tower for Cement Plant |
Quattrogemini Ltd has signed a four month contract with OJSC SLANTCY CEMENT PLANT “CESLA” , a local venture by Atlas Nordic Cement, which belongs to the Heidelberg Cement Group.
The contract includes erection of a 60 meters high cooling tower and related gas and cooling pipes with thermal insulation (totalling 1600 sq.m), 28 tons of steel structures for dust filter, blowers and belt transporters. In addition of construction of accessory buildings and mechanical installation of mentioned process equipment delivered by the client, Quattrogemini will be in charge of electrical works and provision of air-conditioning requirements. |

| Bestseller project - Jack & Jones and Only One |
Quattrogemini has started a new contract with Bestseller in Moscow near Stockmann Mega North. Quattrogemini will do the fit-out of clothing stores Jack & Jones and Only One. The contract will be completed in February, 2005. |

Stockmann Mega North near Sheremetyevo Airport, has been opened December 17, 2004. Quattrogemini was the contractor for all fitting-out, mechanical and electrical services. |

| BAT-logistics centre |
We are designing and building a new, approx 30 000m2 logistics centre, together with associated office and other space, for British American Tobacco at its production plant in St. Petersburg. The 12-metre-high logistics centre, equipped with the latest IT and mechanical and electrical services, located in the Primorsky industrial area of St. Petersburg, is due to be commissioned in September 2005.

| Stockmann selected Quattrogemini as its contractor |
Finland’s leading department store chain Stockmann opened a new 15.000 sq.m shop last April within IKEA’s "Mega South" shopping mall in Moscow. Another similar one, now in “Mega North”near Sheremetyevo Airport, will be opened Christmas 2004. |

| Quattrogemini is the contractor for all fitting-out, mechanical and electrical services also in this second project. Trucksloads of imported goods are transported to the site, where nearly 400 people work 24 hours a day to complete the work on schedule. |
