Quattrogemini Ltd has three majority owned daughter companies registered in Finland: Rakennusgemini Ltd (100 %), Quattroservices Ltd (75 %) and Quattroproject Ltd (94 %). Quattro Group also includes 100% owned, locally registered companies in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tallinn. |
Rakennusgemini Ltd, a domestic general construction company, operates in Helsinki Region with a branch office in the city of Porvoo. The accumulated value of contracts awarded since establishment in 1998 exceeds over 100 M€. Typical projects include medium sized new building projects and renovations of office buildings and commercial facilities, sports centers, hospitals, schools and kindergartens, as well as renovations of older multi-storey apartment buildings. |
Quattroservices Ltd, contractor specializing in mechanical and electrical services in Helsinki Region and abroad, was incorporated in 2001. Half of the works, now totalling to more than 70 M€, consist of subcontracts with the mother company and are related to its projects in Russia. |
Quattroproject Ltd, was established in March 2004 to offer our clients project management contracting and property development both in Finland and abroad.
